Description
Technical specialists at Tranter Service Centers have the experience and know-how to refurbish all brands of plate heat exchangers in their shops or in your facility. Tranter expert teams safely clean both gasketed and welded exchangers and regasket plates, returning units to OEM condition and efficiency, with all work guaranteed by written warranties covering materials and workmanship.
The interventions can be performed in case of production interruption and in case of emergency.
Each intervention involves a one-year warranty on new parts and can include:
- The refurbishing of the pack of plates (opening and closing of the exchanger, pressure washing of the plates, visual inspection of the plates, checking and replacement of the seals)
- Replacement of the plate pack
- Hydraulic/inline test of the exchangers
- Troubleshooting
- Delivery and collection (for the work to be carried out in our workshop)
- Cleaning operations
