QuickTOC Ultra® is an industrial analyzer for on-line and continuous measurement of Total Carbon (TC) and Dissolved Organic Carbon (DOC) according to DIN EN 1484: 1997-08, ISO 8254: 1999-03, EPA 415.1. It is possible to combine it with TNb and COD.
QuickTOC Ultra® uses as a principle of measuring the pure thermal oxidation at 1200 °C, while the part of the sample adduction exploits the FlowSampler® technology of 32 mm tubes, thus avoiding repeated cleaning and daily mandatory long service.
The continuous analysis technology consists of a set of microbatches alternating with self-cleaning and allows, thanks to the analysis-end signal, to implement multi-stream applications. It is also possible to analyze with high salt concentration due to thermal oxidation and patented furnace without the need to pre-treat the sample.

QuickTOC® Loop is identical to QuickTOC® as regards the part of the thermal combustion at 1200 °C. Its part of injection in the sample is not robotic and it is fixed directly in the furnace. As it doesn’t have any moving part, this analyzer is suitable for analysis of great precision for lower fields. It provides for native multistream up to 6 points of analysis. QuickTOC®loop can be supplied in different models.
QuickTOC® Purity can be used in any industry where the use of pure water and ultrapure water is necessary to prevent the contamination of expensive processes with high added value, to ensure the safety of the surrounding area and high quality of the final product. Measuring range: 10 to 2.000 mg / l, 0:01 – 10 mg / l. Other ranges are available on request.
QuickTOC® Condensate – Condensed Network security is an analyzer of thermal oxidation @ 1200 °C with loop methodology and consists of a boiler that produces saturated steam which, once overheated, can be used in the process or sent to the turbine for the production of energy. Measuring range: 10 to 2.000 mg / l, 0.1 – 10/20 mg / l.
QuickTOC® Pharma has all the technical characteristics of the loop line but is designed for the pharmaceutical industry. It is an inline analyzer intended to calculate the TOC for Ultrapure Water and Water for Injection according to USP Chapter 643 and EP 2.2.44. Measuring range: 10 to 2.000 mg / l.
QuickTOC® UV is an in line and continuous analyzer for the measurement of TC, TOC or DOC and operates through the Photochemical Oxidation. QuickTOC®uv is in accordance with DIN EN 1484: 1997-08, US-EPA standard and is also available for dual channel use. It is also provided with self-calibration, AutoStart, and can be supplied with ambient air treatment to produce the carrier car gar necessary, humidity sensor and pressure sensor. Measuring range; 0.1 – 1,000 mg / l. Other ranges available on request. Size, weight and classification: 746 x 600 x 420 mm (W x H x D), 70 kg, IP54 / IP65, also for Zone 1 and Zone 2.
QuickCOD Ultra® is an in line and continuous analyzer combining the TC and the COD measurements.
QuickCOD Ultra®_i complies with all technical features of the QuickTOC® and computes the COD by mathematical correlation with the TOC. It is also able to calculate COD and Total Nitrogen simultaneously, it is multistream and has certification for hazardous Zone 1 and 2.
QuickCOD Ultra®_o is an analyzer using the principle of thermal oxidation at 1200 °C and is equipped with an analysis system according to ASTM D 6238-98 “Standard Test Method for Total Oxygen Demand in Water”. It is also able to calculate COD and Total Nitrogen simultaneously, it is multistream and has certification for hazardous Zone 1 and 2. Measuring range: 10-150, 100-2000, 500-5000, 1000-8000, from 20,000 to 250,000 mg/l.

Elox100® is an analyzer based on the electrochemical oxidation of the sample by the action of the electric current on a special electrode allowing to observe any peak of the COD. Elox100® is provided with the FlowSampler® technology without filtration and ensures continuous analysis without catalysts and with no moving parts. Elox100® is equipped with backlit graphic display with self-guided menus for settings and maintenance, as well as IP55 / NEMA 13 or IP65 / NEMA 4X enclosure. Dimensions and weight: 600 x 600 x 420 mm (W x H x D), 45 kg. Measuring range: 1 to 100,000 mg/l COD.
QuickTON Ultra® is an inline analyzer for measuring Total Nitrogen (TNb) according to DIN EN 12260: 2003 and ISO / TR 11905-2: 1997. It is intended for applications involving the entry and exit processes in water treatment. In addition to the ability of supporting the TOC and COD in multistreams, the QuickTON Ultra® system is designed on the basis of a furnace at 1200 °C without catalysts and is provided with a section dedicated to the analysis of NO flowing from the reactor. You can obtain a measurement in Chemiluminescence CLD or with a ECD integrated sensor or you can measure the concentration of NO which generates the Total Nitrogen. QuickTON Ultra® is also suitable in case of high salt concentration and exploits the FlowSampler® technology without filtration, ensuring continuous analysis without catalysts and with no moving parts. Measuring range: 0-200 mg/l.

QuickTOCNPO® allows a multiparametric analysis and is able to simultaneously manage the Total Phosphorus (TP), the Total Organic Carbon (TOC), the Total Nitrogen (TNb) and the Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) according to DIN EN ISO 6878: 2004-09 (TP), DIN EN ISO 15681-1: 2005 (TP) and DIN EN ISO 15681-1: 2005-05 (TP). Measuring range: 0.1 – 50 mg / l (TNb); 0.1 to 200 mg / l (TOC); 0.01 to 4 mg / l (TP); 1-600 mg / l (COD).

ToxAlarm is an inline analyzer which allows to determine the level of toxicity in the treated water after WWT according to DIN EN ISO 9509: 2006. The measuring principle of ToxAlarm is based on the inhibition of the respiration of the bacteria as a low consumption of oxygen by the biomass indicates the presence of toxic substances. ToxAlarm is provided with graphic LCD screen and automatic StartUp. Measuring range: 0-100%. Hydronova 2010 and Portable Hydronova 2010 are inline photometric and colorimetric analyzers using official IRSA recognized procedures.
